Inside your home

WiFi installation

Once you have an excellent broadband connection to your premises, you now need to distribute it.

Higher speeds doesn’t make the internet reach further around the premises, but a neatly cabled internal WiFi network does.

WiFi access points

Industry leading WiFi access points are used to suit the situation where WiFi is required. Building size, layout and compositon all play big factors in the number and type of WiFi access points required.

Outdoor WiFi

Outdoor WiFi at home and work is becoming a necessity. Special outdoor WiFi access points are required to ensure the best speeds are experienced in the open air.

Wireless bridges

Getting internet to different locations on the same premises is a common requirement. Rather than having to deal with the disruption of trenching in a cable, it is possible to send the internet wirelessly to other areas of your property.

Better broadband

Broadband Infrastructure

Getting internet to a premises is most effectively done via cables.

The best performing cables are fibre optic and are made of glass. Hence they require care in how they are laid and covered to prevent damage.

Ensuring a cable is laid correctly can cause all sorts of disruption to what is on the surface. Below are some of the options that Wurzel can offer to minimise disruption to a site, while provding the best possible internet connection:

Trenching

Optimal trench routes and depths are paramount. Dealing with ground work can be complicated and expensive. Future proofing trenches is a key factor to save digging again.

Moling

This technique can leave the surface untouched and is especially useful for going under tarmac or concrete, or perfectly manicured landscapes.

Duct Laying

While digging a trench, using the correct type of cable and duct is very important. Leaving spare ducting for other services is an excellent idea.

Blockage Remediation

Wurzel has various tools at their disposal to find blockages in existing ducting to save time and money on installations.
